The journal welcomes scholarly contributions related to the detection, assessment, monitoring, prevention, and management of adverse effects and other drug-related problems associated with pharmaceutical products and therapeutic interventions. This section focuses on research that advances medication safety, risk management, post-marketing surveillance, and evidence-based pharmaceutical care across healthcare systems.
The journal encourages submissions in areas including Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring, Drug Safety Surveillance, Post-Marketing Pharmacovigilance, Medication Error Prevention, Clinical Toxicology, Risk Management in Pharmacotherapy, Pharmacoepidemiology, Signal Detection and Safety Assessment, and Drug Utilization Studies. Research related to Biologics and Vaccine Safety, Herbal and Natural Product Safety, Medical Device Vigilance, Antimicrobial and Oncology Pharmacovigilance, Pharmacogenomics and Drug Safety, and Global Pharmacovigilance Systems is also welcomed.
Submissions focusing on AI and Big Data Analytics in Pharmacovigilance, Electronic Health Record–Based Safety Monitoring, Real-World Evidence Studies, Patient Safety and Medication Adherence, Regulatory and Ethical Aspects of Drug Safety, Benefit–Risk Evaluation, Clinical and Community Pharmacovigilance Practices, and Healthcare Quality Improvement Strategies are encouraged. The journal also welcomes studies investigating drug-related morbidity, therapeutic safety optimization, predictive safety modeling, and innovative approaches for improving pharmacovigilance systems and patient outcomes.
