The journal follows internationally recognized best practices and ethical guidelines to ensure the quality, credibility, and transparency of the scholarly record.
JHSPR adheres to the principles and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers to uphold these standards throughout the publication process.
RESEARCH INTEGRITY
All research submitted to JHSPR must be conducted and reported honestly, accurately, and transparently. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original, scientifically sound, and supported by reliable data.
Any form of research misconduct, including fabrication, falsification, manipulation of data, or misleading reporting, is considered unacceptable and may result in rejection, retraction, or other corrective actions.
AUTHORSHIP AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, analysis, or interpretation of the study.
All authors must:
- Approve the final version of the manuscript.
- Agree to its submission and publication.
- Accept responsibility for the integrity of the work.
- Individuals who contributed to the research but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
ORIGINALITY AND PLAGIARISM
Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published or be under consideration elsewhere.
Authors are required to properly cite and acknowledge the work of others. All submissions may be screened using plagiarism-detection software prior to peer review.
Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and unauthorized use of copyrighted material are considered serious ethical violations.
DATA INTEGRITY AND AVAILABILITY
Authors should retain original research data and be prepared to provide supporting information if requested by the editors.
Data presented in manuscripts must be accurate and should not be fabricated, falsified, selectively reported, or manipulated in a manner that misrepresents the research findings.
Authors are encouraged to make research data available whenever appropriate and consistent with ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements.

Authors must provide:

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

All relevant conflicts of interest should be declared at the time of submission or review.
USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)
Authors must disclose the use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in the preparation of manuscripts.
AI tools may be used to improve language, grammar, readability, or assist with data analysis where appropriate, but they cannot be listed as authors, as authorship requires accountability and responsibility that can only be attributed to human contributors.
