Our Commitment to Excellence

Transparency, integrity, and quality in every aspect

PUBLICATION ETHICS

SciTxtHub is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and responsible scholarly communication. All authors, editors, reviewers, and other participants in the publishing process are expected to uphold principles of honesty, transparency, accountability, and respect for the integrity of the scientific record.

SciTxtHub does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of data, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship practices, manipulation of peer review, or other forms of research and publication misconduct. Ethical concerns may be investigated and appropriate editorial actions may be taken when misconduct or breaches of publication ethics are identified.

PEER REVIEW POLICY

SciTxtHub supports rigorous, fair, and independent peer review as an essential component of scholarly publishing. Manuscripts submitted to its journals undergo editorial assessment to determine suitability for the journal's scope and basic quality requirements before being considered for external peer review.

Peer reviewers are selected based on relevant expertise and are expected to provide objective, constructive, and confidential assessments. Reviewers should disclose potential conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality regarding manuscripts under review.

Individual journals may specify their particular peer-review model and procedures in their Peer Review Process and Instructions for Reviewers pages.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

SciTxtHub supports Gold Open Access publishing to facilitate broad and unrestricted access to scholarly research. Articles published under the open-access model are made freely available online to readers without subscription barriers.

Open access is intended to promote the dissemination, accessibility, and reuse of scientific knowledge while supporting collaboration among researchers and the wider academic community. Specific licensing and reuse conditions are provided with each journal's published articles.

RESEARCH INTEGRITY

SciTxtHub is committed to protecting the integrity, reliability, and credibility of the scholarly record. Authors are expected to conduct and report their research honestly and responsibly and to comply with applicable ethical, legal, and institutional requirements.

Research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or other ethically sensitive materials should receive appropriate approval or oversight where required. Authors should provide accurate information about research methods, data, funding, affiliations, and potential conflicts of interest.

Concerns relating to research integrity may be reviewed by the relevant editorial team, and appropriate actions may be taken to protect the integrity of the published record.

CORRECTIONS AND RETRACTIONS

SciTxtHub recognizes the importance of maintaining an accurate and reliable scholarly record. When errors or concerns are identified in published content, the appropriate editorial action may include a correction, expression of concern, retraction, or other suitable notice.

Minor errors that do not affect the scientific meaning of an article may be corrected through an appropriate correction notice. Where serious errors, unreliable findings, ethical concerns, or publication misconduct substantially affect the validity of a publication, retraction may be considered.

Editorial decisions concerning corrections and retractions are made with consideration of the available evidence and the need to maintain transparency and integrity in the scholarly record.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Authors, reviewers, editors, and other contributors are expected to disclose financial or non-financial interests that could reasonably influence, or appear to influence, their work or editorial judgment.

Potential conflicts may include financial relationships, professional affiliations, personal relationships, institutional interests, intellectual property interests, or other relevant circumstances. Disclosure of a conflict does not necessarily prevent publication or participation in peer review; rather, transparency allows potential conflicts to be appropriately assessed and managed.

AUTHORSHIP

Authorship should accurately reflect substantial contributions to the conception, conduct, analysis, interpretation, or reporting of research. Individuals listed as authors should have made meaningful contributions to the work and should be able to take responsibility for their contribution to the published research.

All listed authors should approve the final manuscript and agree to its submission and publication. Individuals who have contributed to a study but do not meet the criteria for authorship should be appropriately acknowledged where applicable.

Changes to authorship after submission or publication should be supported by appropriate justification and, where required, agreement from the relevant authors.

DATA AND REPRODUCIBILITY

SciTxtHub supports transparent research practices that enable readers and researchers to understand, evaluate, and, where appropriate, reproduce published findings. Authors are encouraged to provide sufficient methodological information and appropriate supporting data or materials to facilitate the evaluation and reproducibility of their research.

Where applicable and ethically permissible, authors should consider making relevant datasets, protocols, analytical procedures, software, or other supporting materials available through appropriate repositories or supplementary files.

Authors remain responsible for ensuring that shared data comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, ethical, legal, and institutional requirements.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

SciTxtHub supports responsible dissemination and reuse of scholarly research through open-access publishing and appropriate licensing arrangements. Authors should retain or appropriately manage the rights necessary for the publication and distribution of their work.

Unless otherwise specified by an individual journal or article, SciTxtHub open-access publications are intended to be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits reuse and redistribution with appropriate attribution to the original authors and source.

Copyright, licensing, and reuse terms applicable to each article are clearly identified at the time of publication.
